Yes, if you divide the dough into two smaller loaves, your baking time will be reduced somewhat. You'll want to keep a close eye on it, but taking good notes will help you get a better idea of the new baking time for when you make it again in the future. You can still use your large Dutch oven for a smaller loaf, but the larger your pot gets compared with the size of your bread, the less steam will be held right  up against the crust. Happy baking!
