THANK YOU, MAURIZIO!! I have been baking sourdough bread badly for years now. It always tastes great but looks pale and sad. I followed all your directions to a T and my bread is absolutely gorgeous and delicious. This post helped me so much and I will follow it to the letter the next time I bake bread. Thank you!!
