We're so thrilled to hear that this recipe is well-loved at your house and that you've found a method that works best for you, Julie! For an olive loaf, we'd recommend adding 1 cup (142g) of drained, pitted, and chopped olives (such as kalamata) to the dough once it becomes a shaggy mass. Happy baking!
