Is this really for one loaf? I am only asking because this recipe calls for 1244 grams of ingredients and one loaf. The recipe I made previously was the extra tangy sourdough (on this website) and it calls for 1184 grams of ingredients and calls for dividing into two boules. Just curious, as I am interested in trying a no-knead. I also got some flour sack cloths, rice flour, and a basket (albeit not an official "banneton") to try for a more shapely loaf.
