I have waited to get my starter to the stage of baking. I am anxious to make sure I get things right. This recipe looks to be the one according to the reviews especially being able to put it in the fridge and bake according to my schedule. However is there a way I can bake it that the crust is NOT so brown - I want my grandkids to eat it and they will not touch it if it has a dark crust.
