I've seen two different approaches to baking with the dutch oven. One, 45 minutes @450 then remove lid. The other, 20minutes@450 then remove lid. What would be the difference? I'm currently going with the 45min options on my first try with the boule in a Dutch Oven. Fingers Crossed.
