Bread came out great! KAF hadn't been available for a few months and I used another brand of organic bread flour, but my sourdough bread always came out dense and not as delicious. Then I found KAF in the stores and tried this recipe again - WOW the results were amazing! I didn't do anything different in method, but the bread came out spectacularly crusty on the outside and soft with delightful crumb structure on the inside. I hope I never have to go through my baking life again without KAF flour!
