I just made a batch. The bread turned out beautifully, great taste, great rise, everything was fine. But there was one problem. The parchment paper inside the Dutch oven stuck to the bottom of the loaf in such a way that I couldn't get it off without lots of scraping and bother. What did I do wrong? As I said, the bread was outstanding, but it was annoying that the parchment paper stuck to the bottom of the loaf the way it did. I think I will probably not use parchment paper next time, but your recipe seems to state that parchment paper is a good idea so I'm wondering if there is something I'm missing.
