I followed your instructions and my first loaf came out beautiful. Thank you for this detailed recipe. I had one problem. The bottom crust came out really tough, while the rest of the loaf is perfect. I cooked it in the pre-heated Dutch oven with parchment paper. I am wondering how to get a softer bottom crust.
