Hi Maurizio, I shall have to try this recipe. I've made a couple of batches of sourdough using Tartine Bread as a guide. The recipe starts with a kilo of flour so I end up with two loaves. I make it in a Dutch oven and the first loaf is always really good but the second loaf doesn't have as much rise. Is this to do with its sitting around while the first one bakes? Should it wait in the fridge or on the bench?
