I just took my dough out of the fridge and the top is harder and dried out. I don't know how to fix or hide that in my pre-shaping (I tried my best). What's the trick to avoid this problem? Cover with plastic wrap? I obviously didn't do that. Also, if it happens, what's the best way to fix this dry top problem?
