This recipe looks like an excellent starting point for a novice (like me!), and instructions are so clear and straight-forward. I was wondering, will this amount of dough fit into a oval banneton that is about 10″ long x 6″ wide at the rim? When I purchased it, the description said it would hold up to a 1 and 1/2 pound loaf. Thank you for your help.
