Hi Sonja, if your starter is well-established, bleached flour won't kill it, though it may not be quite as bubbly and happy as usual. If you're just getting started it may have a harder time taking off due to the lack of nutrients in the flour killed off by the bleaching progress that wild yeast likes to eat, but it's better than no flour!
