Hi John, there's a recipe for Easy Low-Carb Bread on our website that calls for those flours. Neither of them are recommended to replace any of the flour in yeast bread recipes, but almond flour can be used to replace up to 25% of the flour in non-yeasted recipes. We recommend using coconut flour in recipes specifically calling for it for best results as it absorbs 4x its weight in liquid which can make recipes very dry very quickly.
