so glad to see that our grocery shelves will be seeing more flour soon! Used all my whole wheat, will finish off the white whole wheat today. I've been feeding my sourdough with whole wheat...what will happen if I have to switch to all-purpose white flour? I don't want to ruin it, but cannot find whole wheat anywhere!
