Hi, Jill! As of this writing (April 20), yeast is available for back-order on our website. That being said, if you're looking to make bread without commercial yeast, you have two options: the first is to make a bread that uses commercial leaveners, like Irish Brown Bread or our delicious Cabot Cheddar Soda Bread recipe. The other is to grow your own yeast at home by making a sourdough starter. The first is much quicker, but the second gives you greater flexibility. Either way, you're sure to get delicious bread from it!
