Hi, Kate! While there's no shortage of wheat, we're still a relatively small business and it takes time to do things like add new mills and warehouses to increase production, especially at a time when we have to be exceedingly careful about keeping people safely spaced apart. We're actually shipping more flour out to grocery stores than we ever have before, and we're very proud of how we've been able to do this!
