PJ, I have been a customer of King Aurthur for a long time. I have a set of the "Bakers Sheet", some signed books, you name it I have it!
I have always wanted to just say thank you to you and the company for always being there for us amateur bakers. The company has always been one the most giving and professional baking organizations, always willing to give away any baking information needed to help us home bakers to be successful. Please pass this on to the rest of the company and let them know that we are out here and how much I along with I am sure millions of other people appreciate everything you do every day!
