I would like to make a decent sour dough gf bread, a boule preferably. I see that there is a recipe for gf sourdough but I cannot find a recipe on this site for a loaf of gf sourdough bread. Am I missing something?
Cherie P.S. I am Canadian and King Arthur GF flour is not available here, BUT I t=buy it when I visit U.S. relatives so have quite a lot of Measure for Measure and the All-Purpose GF, too. Can I use either?
