Great post. Can you do a similar one with different yeasts? I ended up grabbing a jar of Fleischmann bread machine rapid rise yeast because it was the first yeast available in weeks but I don’t know how to convert recipes from my usual instant yeast. Change the amount of yeast? Change the rise time???
