I have 10 pounds of mellow pastry flour and 5 pounds of all purpose flour. It makes sense that I can't make bread out of only mellow pastry flour, however I'm wondering if I could use it to stretch my all purpose flour. If a bread recipe calls for 4 cups of flour could I substitute a small amount of mellow pastry flour for the all purpose four? Thank you.
