Thank you so much for this post. I am a grammo to four grandchildren from whom we are distancing these days. I did a FaceTime baking lesson with my eight-year-old last week for banana muffins that we could make in one bowl without using a mixer. Using oil instead of butter seems to be a major factor diminishing the need for an electric mixer. Would you consider posting more recipes conducive to FaceTime or zoom instruction that do not require an electric mixer. He was delighted with the results and ate three muffins in one sitting!
