Hi Karis, we hope your bread turned out great in spite of the stickiness! Did you happen to use our Unbleached All-Purpose Flour instead of Bread flour in this recipe? That could contribute to a stickier dough. Also, if your house was warmer than the recommended 72°F for the overnight rise, this could lead to slightly over-fermented dough, which tends to get stickier and wetter as the gluten structure starts to breakdown.
