Hi Mary, this page offers general guidelines for feeding and maintaining your sourdough starter. We generally recommend a 1:1:1 (starter:water:flour, by weight) feeding routine. Of course, there are many ways to successfully maintain a starter, so these guidelines aren't written in stone.
