Hi Mirit, I'm sorry we weren't able to respond a little more quickly to your question, but hopefully your bread turned out great! For future reference, it all depends on how well your dough is holding up in the refrigerator, but for best results we would recommend sticking with the 8-12 hours indicated in the recipe. The bread will likely still turn out fine, but you may not get as strong of a rise if you extend the stay in the fridge.
