Thanks for this recipe. I am making this bread for the first time after following a different recipe for a year, and the title here describes exactly how I feel: I am no longer my bread's hostage.

My question: I finished all the preparations and moved the shaped loaves to the fridge. Instead of waiting 8-12 hours before I bake the bread, can I push it to 24 and bake it tomorrow?
