Hi Chris, you can certainly substitute our bread flour for the whole wheat flour called for in this recipe. The whole wheat flour tends to bring a bit more sour flavor to this bread, and will also promote a slightly faster rise, but the recipe will still work just fine when made entirely with bread flour.
