I have made this bread the last 4 weeks and I am really loving having it handy and I freeze a bunch of slices and toast them up for lunch or as a scarpetta for dinner. Thank you.

My questions are: what point(s) should I add additions? Not to get too complicated: Is there any way to try additions with just one of the two loaves in the recipe but still make two loaves of bread?
