Love this recipe and I’ve used it several times! Do you think I can use starter that I fed the night before but is already sort of flattening out (been out on kitchen table overnight) because I’m not sure this is technically unripe yet? I just now have this recipe as my go to and I don’t like to stray when something works for me but fed my starter last night for some reason and need to make some bread ASAP! ;)
