I've been baking the revised recipe for a couple of months. Love it!! My skills and loaves are both improving with all of the KA educucational content. (The suggestion of a skillet with hot water/steam for the first 20 min is a game changer. Thank you!!) Today, I added a 20% mix of raisins and chopped walnuts. Delicious!! Now I'm inspired to try the fig and anise blend. How much anise would make sense as a starting point?
