Make a spiral of aluminum foil so it's overall a disc shape and smooth it flat with the bottom of the Dutch oven. Then put it in the Dutch oven under the parchment paper so the boule doesn't touch the bottom of the pan. That way you don't have to mess with the temperatures that are otherwise working for you.
