I’m a little confused. Maura used bread flour but Martin’s recipe uses All Purpose. In the video, Martin talks about the strength of the Bread flour so I’m wondering if he really meant to write Bread flour in his recipe. I did use Bread flour and I think my bread rose too much overnight so now I’m trying to figure out how to shape the blobs so I can get it into the benetton baskets.
