Should the loaves, after refrigeration, be baked while still cold or be allowed to return to room temperature before baking? If the latter, how many hours would it take in a 70 degree room for loaves to be ready to bake? In order to keep the process to before work hours, it would be preferable to bake it with only a delay for the hour it takes for the oven to reach 500 degrees.
