I've been using this method for over a year, and I really like it. It works well for our family; I bake this bread at least once a week and often more. So thanks KA! I'm wondering if this method will work with other bread recipes. I'd love to try the Whole Wheat sourdoughbread recipe in my Baking School book. Or I'd love to make a loaf with more rye flour. Do you have any suggestions?
