I started my starter about a year ago and have been playing with recipes since. I watched Martin and Arlo's video and read this blog and dove in. I learned so much and made the best sourdough bread I ever made. I followed Martin's recipe for cooler weather since its January in Chicago. My first rise was just over 50% and my second rise it just rose a bit so was a bit nervous but it really bloomed in the oven and the final result was YUMMY!
