Best recipe ever and have been using it for 3 years now. Started adding different flours, grains and nuts. It is our daily bread. Instead of parchment I sprinkle yellow corn meal on the bottom of my 2 cast iron lidded pots, roll in the dough when hot, score tops sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake. Beautiful!
