For Maura’s recipe: Directions for baking say pre-heated Dutch ovens. In the picture there is a clay bread cloche ( maybe Emile Henry ) that appears to be sitting atop a baking stone. If using the cloche do you pre-heat the same as Dutch ovens? Are there any different baking directions for using a bread cloche ?
