I've baked the recipe a few times now and I find that the bread is quite damp/doughy. The flavour is delicious and the toast it makes is great but I'm wondering if you could give me any tips.
I guess it also doesn't rise as much as my normal sourdough. I batch bake using Jeffrey's book, but in between times it's great to fall back on this loaf.
