Hi Bernita, this dough might be a bit challenging to form baguettes with because of the relatively high hydration, but if you're up for a challenge, I would weigh the baguettes at 300g each when baking in a home oven. This would result in about 6 baguettes if you make the full recipe. By way of comparison, you might want to check out Martin's Sourdough Baguettte recipe/video, which has a slightly lower hydration and may be a bit easier to work with. In any case, there's lots of great material in that video to help your baguette-making. You might also find this video very helpful in your pursuit of beautiful baguettes.
