When you’re a dumb didn’t double or looks like it didn’t because instead of leaving it overnight on the counter I accidentally left it in the put it in the refrigerator like I did with the previous recipe. I proceeded to create the loaves and do it leave it up for 10 minutes before putting it in the banneton ,It’s out on the counter now for one hour. You say to put it back in the refrigerator but for how long
