I tried both versions of this recipe. I must be missing something. Both recipes left me with soupy dough, unable to retain any shape whatsoever. I tried the first time, to bake it anyway, and ended up with sourdough paper weights. I am so disappointed. It seems like there's way too much water. Any advice?
