I started a loaf tonight using this recipe: 295g bread flour 55g AP 75g rye 75g whole wheat 10g salt 360 g water 100g chopped figs I'll shape it into a boule in the morning & place in a banneton without the cloth lining because I like the pattern that gets imprinted on the loaf.
