This is a great go to recipe for convenience, flexibility, and taste! I have a question regarding the amount of starter. Martin's range of 40 to 100 grams of starter is vague. Assuming an indoor temperature of 68 to 72 degrees can you please clarify the amount of starter. Thank you.
