You sure can bake this recipe in a loaf pan if you'd like, Larry! We'd recommend using two 9" pain de mie pans (without the lids) or you could use two standard 9" x 5" loaf pans. If you go with the standard loaf pans, you'll have a bit of extra dough so you'll want to make a mini boule or a few rolls. Happy baking!
