I’m on the west coast and had the same thing happen just now - did you have success with your loaves? I had excellent results with the original recipe but did try the alternate with the higher amount of starter plus included buckwheat with the wheat flour...and I used AP instead of bread flour. It’ll be fun to see how these turn out! :p
