I love how this recipe doesn’t require you to be home all day! I’m new to bread making and can see this fitting into my lifestyle more easily than traditional methods. I’ve noticed that my biggest struggles making sourdough bread have been that the dough is very sticky and hard to work with, and that my bread turns out very dense. (I am using King Arthur all-purpose and whole wheat flour) Any recommendations on how to trouble shoot these issues? I also noticed this loaf didn’t turn out very sour. Any tips on how to make it tangier?
