Any tips for a successful cinnamon swirling style with this recipe? How do you get the dough to not break during the shaping? It keeps getting holes around the pressure from the raisins. This recipe has been my go-to for a basic sourdough! Excellent recipe! I use Martin’s adjusted quantities.
