I followed Maura's recipe with halved ingredients as I was making one loaf. It turned out delicious and well. The question I have is the cloth I used to shape and left for 8-10 hrs was all wet. I had used generous amounts of flour, but still got wet, is that OK or will it absorb all the moisture out of loaf as it proofs? Thank you for your help
