Hmmm. Everything went well until I got to the part about shaping and putting into bannetons. The dough was much too wet to handle, though I weighed everything carefully and followed the recipe exactly. It doubled overnight and looked great, but...I had to add flour at that point just to be able to get it up off the counter and into the banettons. They’re in the fridge now, hope they’re not ruined.
