Aloha. I am wanting to shape these into bread loaves. I only have 8-inch loaf pans, however. Do you have any recommendations on what to do instead of the suggested shaping then upside down cold fermentation? My inkling is to just do it in the pan I'll be baking in, which are nonstick. Should I parchment or flour coat it first? I don't really have anything else that could mimic the correct size for the basket rise. Mahalo from Maui!
